ok my im getting this supplement its suppose to increase your strength b 11.6% for every cycle (bottle) i was wondering if you know anything interesting about it, and tips with it, and any other supplements that are good to stack with it

Doubt you get them strength increases. But, it raises testotorone levels and is a good supplement to take instead of creatine. Try stacking it with Tribulus and dont take any calcium supplements when you take ZMA.
