I 5t 9 "and weight 158 pounds. I started working two months ago and my aim is not great, but somehow obtain an atheletic build. I have to take whey protein supplements or any other to help my progress?

It would be useful, yes. Most whey protein available today contain many vitamins, minerals and amino acids and as a form of lean protein. A powdered supplement of good will not sugar. If you are not the goal of building a lot of muscle, you will not need a lot of Protein Powder like a bodybuilder or powerlifter. A person active, especially someone involved in the sport would benefit from a protein supplement whey good. Please note that supplements are only.
