I just started Weight Watchers. According to the plan who are entitled to 18 points, but I'm hungry. I'm not trying to Lose Fat a bit of extra fat. I feel I only eat a little less than it was before, but I'm hungry. Is it because the food is in my mind, or someone who started Weight Watchers Are you hungry?
