
Please, does anyone have tips on reducing body fat in general?
More to the point years ago I dropped consumption calories over a thousand calories and drank loads of Green Tea – I lost 14 pounds in about a month from 126 pounds to 112 pounds and about in the last year since I was a college student my weight has increased by about 119 pounds. The problem is I am very toned and going through the steps to eat more and more often than as irregular variable and calories. My fat percentage is horribly about 33% and in the long term, I want to go down to around 15% body fat (maximum) and weighing approximately 105 lbs. I am a woman and I'm 5'2. Do you think that is realistic? What could I do the exercises that could help achieve this goal? No body thermogenic Fat supplements really? Is there anything I could do with my diet and specific foods are helpful? Thanks to all
I do not believe in pills and supplements. The work of weight training in your exercise routine. This should help tone muscles and reduce body fat.
