Dong Quai …. Tang Kuei supplement?
Hi, I recently received a bottle of a supplement called Herbal Tang Kuei is really Dong Quai, from what I understand. My idea would help some of the mood swings associated with PMS syndrome, etc. – I'm 46. Contains 200 mg of Dong Quai, 40 mg calcium and 200 mg chamomile. The dosage is 1 tab up to 3 times per day. My question is do I take it only during PMS-like symptoms or daily? Thanks for the idea!
For the analysis should better consult a qualified Chinese herbalist who can tell which formula would best meet their needs. Are recommended as Dong Quai supervision of a qualified Chinese herbalist, because it is difficult to self-prescribe Chinese herbal formulas. However, my opinion would not exceed 2 weeks at a time, with a week or 2 break. If you could set the time to mix around your period, I think it would be beneficial.
