books im 17 5'10 "205. Im a Varsity offensive line, but wants to spend defense (too small in the oline) My BMI is 27-28. I am very active, lifting weights and running every day, but my diet is terrible. Im changing as we speak. Heres my face, Im looking for a Marine Option NROTC scholarship soon (not sure when exactly, maybe the summer after next season), I'm starting to train for this, but I have to lose body fat. My goal is to be broken (for lack a better word). Here are my daily food intake (started on Monday 1-4-10) breakfast snack Protein Shake (school) lunch Banana: breakfast sandwich without bread, apple dinner: small piece of meat, and green (mainly salads) want to lose body fat, but increase my muscle size and strength. Is there anything I should do or not do?
