I've heard that can really help with people on low carbohydrate diets (like me). Does anyone tested and where I can buy, but not on the Internet? Thanks!
Yes … ordered to a friend. They feel very suspicious when you open the package – I do not know why. You know kind of slippery and rubbery. I think they are best used in stir fried Asian dishes … I once had a tomato soup and it was very good, too:) I do not know where you can buy … Perhaps an Asian grocery store? My friend looked everywhere (who live in the Boston area) and, finally, the use of Internet. PS: There are two types of Shirataki … has zero calories, and among others.
