Can I get in shape for basketball in a month and a half?
Ok. I have not played basketball since I played my last tournament years (I 08 February). Horses showing Ive been busy and so and I'm certainly not! none! I started packing for college basketball (NCAA D3) in a month and a half. I have to 7 min run a mile. What can I do to get fit before that date. PLEASE HELP!
