Is it acceptable to drink a protein shake for breakfast and lunch?
When I take a protein shake for lunch and Brekky I feel full and have lots of energy, is it normal to have only this, then dinner? With the odd snack (fruit, yougury, granola etc?) Can you help me lose muscle weight and faster than normal if I do reqularly exercise?
What sounds good, especially if you make sure dinner is well balanced and pizza or lunch other scrap metal. What you describe is a good calorie-restricted diet. Avoid exaggeration bananas (constipation), pineapple (enzymes can be an irritant in high doses) and prunes (you know, I am of course), you can eat 1-5 servings of fresh fruit a day to supplement your daily fiber and calorie needs. Exercise 3-5 times a week and check your weight once or twice a week to make sure you do not win or lose (assuming that as your current weight) and enjoy!
