
How to plan the perfect food for a vigorous lifestyle?
I am currently in college. I am a very active student. I am involved in many extracurricular activities, such as college basketball, MUN, volunteering, clubs, etc. The problem is that I'm burning to the end of the school. I get to sleep and can not concentrate. Even I have trouble concentrating in the morning because there seems to be completely awake. When I review my diet is horrible. I have a breakfast very small, breakfast, and a moderate dinner. My question is, what are the foods you should eat me for breakfast to give me energy to long for me the last time an entire day. I heard a lot of eating protein for breakfast is very useful. Oh, and I exercise and workout every day, and other information immediately after eating a good exercise would be good. Thanks
Eat plenty of carbohydrates. They will give you energy all day. So eat things such as oatmeal, fruit, green vegetables, etc. ..
