Have you tried Nutri-System? Did it work?

Is it a good food? Is it really too much. I mean $ 300 a month is a lot of money. I want to make it worthwhile. Has anyone lost weight on Nutri-System? Is it a trap, I would never have to eat? I am very much in mind to get help to shed some pounds. My mother used to use it. He expressed his appreciation. But she said the need to incorporate lots vegetables, fruits and salads or starve.
