How To Mix Saltwater
New seawater is going to be mixed repeatedly in the future. Why not take a little more difficult in the initial mixture and save time later?
When buying sea salt, for salt that is specifically designed for use with R / O water, as it should be used in instead of tap water.

After buying the sea salt dries, it is fairly easy to guess the amount that would be needed to achieve the GS with the sea water aquarium, observation of the manufacturer's suggestion. Then test again if it needs more salt, then proceed as above. If the mixture is correct, then add the weight of the salt together and put the total in the book.
b. If the SG reading is too high, add a little water of osmosis reverse (please note quantity) to the mixture and allow time for temperature to stabilize. Try again. If RO is still too high add a little water (Note Also consider the amount). If successful, note the total amount of additional RO water used. Fraction, the salt can be reduced to the following mixture.
Often, the correct amount of salt to be used in the mixture reached by the two methods of AT s. and b. above. Once the amount of salt by weight is known and noted, the mixture of seawater is simpler. However, sea water is first mixed some new, it is recommended that the expenses were measured for each mixture, until convinced that the GS is always correct.
