Hey guys, wanted to know if the breakfast is the same as going on a morning walk or run ……… cuz sometimes I can not eat breakfast in the morning, but I've done, but sometimes I have time. So it might just have to go on a run / walk in place? Or thnx I continue to eat breakfast! Guess I'll stick to football hehe like my year:)
