What are the benefits of the supplement CLA Conjugated Linoleic Acid?
I have a bottle and take it now and then, the capsules have 20 calories and 2 grams of fat yet the bottle says “helps reduce body fat.”
i have read that it especially reduces belly fat,and prevents breast and colon cancer. . i was surprised to read it is a trans fat,but due to the conjugalation of it, it is not harmful. cla is a varied form of the essential fatty acid, linoleic acid. it is found in the red meat of cattle that are fed natural grasses. it is found in eggs, poultry, safflower and corn oil. the anticancer properties have not been proven in humans, only mice.
