Fast Weight Loss Diet

I run 2-3 miles every day and try to eat healthy, but weight is just coming out. What should I do?

I can drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, and eat mostly whole grains, lean meats and vegetables and fruits .. Fun with occasionally (once a week) for a meal or a dessert. What counts is my clothes a little looser, but after 6 weeks, I would have expected to lose more than 8 pounds. Am I being impatient? It seems so hard to lose weight 10 years ago!

Because running a lot, it is likely that construction of a large number of muscles. This means that even if you are smaller than the increase in muscle weight. This is good. I remember muscle weighs more than fat.
