Does anyone know if Jenny Craig's food is an Appetite Suppressant in it?
My friend lost 38 pounds. Jenny Craig and is released from the system, She is hungry all the time. She said she had never gone hungry, when I was in the diet. We wondered if there was something in the food that can block hunger.
Not likely, the cost would be prohibitive. Perhaps eating in the balance kept hunger away?
