
How fast I can lose weight without running?
I have 17 years old, 6'0, 245 lbs. I like I can lose weight quickly without running. Since I have a Brazilian martial art called capoeira, so do not want to run. I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of September if possible. I need some suggestions.
