On the health of FRS energy system .. For anyone who uses it?
directions are not clear. Should I take only 1-2 servings one of the various products (eg gum powder concentrate ..) or 2 servings every day?
I'm sure you're supposed to take one to two servings one of the different products. I'm not so sure about the salad, may be less concentrated drinks you may be able to eat more. Yes, when I reached the free trial offer http://www.voernix.com/2008/07/frs.html here's what I did. It worked great, now I really subscribed. Its great if you work out.
